Patrice RIOULT and François COHEN are the managing partners of Open Conseil. They are surrounded by a team of experienced, efficient and dynamic professionals. Patrice RIOULT, Chartered Accountant and Auditor, spent six years in Price Waterhouse Coopers’ Expertise and Consultancy Services Department, before establishing his own business in 1994. He founded Open Conseil in 1996. François COHEN, Chartered Accountant and Auditor developed his activity within the CMC Audit firm. Sole shareholder and managing director of CMC audit (Champigny 94) until 2012, he joined Open Conseil when the two entities merged. At the end of 2013, Open Conseil acquired the «Relais Compta» firm, providing access to local agencies in the East of Paris (Champs-sur-Marne) and the West (Puteaux). The newly combined company represents a team of 35 Professionals.
