The idea of creating an innovative commercial prospecting tool sprouted from the following observation: Companies have a real need for prospecting by telephone, but they are often confronted with poor quality services which bring back few qualified prospects and consequently few appointments. Independent telemarketers are faced with payment difficulties and find it difficult to find regular assignments, particularly in making telephone appointments (with the aim of increasing sales and / or transforming prospects into customers). In the midst of an era of economic uberization * , surfing on the evolution of working methods (strong growth in homeshoring ** ), the JobPhoning platform is launched. Our initial concept : to promote exchanges between companies in need of teleprospection and home teleoperators who offer their services. Our platform promotes quality services using many tools such as a rating system allowing each company to accurately rate each teleoperator having carried out one of its missions.
