“I have been working the hospitality public relations and marketing worlds for the last 15+ years – in bigger agencies, smaller agencies and as an independent contractor. It has been my dream to start my own agency, and I have never stopped working towards that goal. This dream wasn’t because I longed to have my name on the door, but it was because I wanted to be able to work with clients that inspired me, clients that I was passionate about, clients that challenged me, and clients that reminded me daily of why I love doing what I do. For me, my name wasn’t the important part – my clients and the work I did for them was. This is why I didn’t choose to go with Jamie Tobin Public Relations or something similar and instead went with &co. – because it is about a company of people (client team and publicist) working towards one goal. I have been the “&co.” at top agencies putting my blood, sweat and tears into my work and even though I now work for myself, and no longer am the rookie I was 15 years ago, I am still that “&co.” working my tail off and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.”
