Smile was established in 2003 to provide specialized appointment setting for the communications industry. In this role it has played a leading role in the sales development of the business sales for leading mobile communications brands including 3, Vodafone and Optus. Over time Smile has developed marketing databases for a range across of businesses in communications, real estate, financial products and IT related service industries. Steve Stanley has been with the business since its inception in 2003. Steve previously managed retail and wholesale businesses for leading Australian retailers before running his own successful retail communications business. Steve is responsible for Smiles’ technology including our cloud based CRM. Tony Hannes has wide ranging experience in Australia and other countries including Japan, USA, UK and other European countries. Tony has managed small medium and larger sales forces in the electronics, imaging and communications industries. Tony brings almost 40 years of marketing and sales management experience to the business. Samantha Simpson runs the day to day appointment setting operations. Samantha started with Smile in 2008 after being a senior agent in other telemarketing businesses. Samantha leads by her own example and, in addition to being a vital part of the management team is also a virtuoso telemarketer.
