DCC is a family business, enjoying working with auto-entrepreneurs, sole proprietorships, SMEs or international groups. DIRECT-CALLCENTER is a call center based in Netanya. Our team is made up of French operators, graduates. They have always worked with the French market. A graduate of Sup de Co Lille (SKEMA), he completed a Master in Sales & Negotiation. He then worked with Key Accounts and then managed sales teams in France and internationally as Export Director. In 2011, he created a consulting and training firm specializing in sales and customer service by telephone. With this experience, Nathan founded DIRECT-CALLCENTER in 2013. DCC is experiencing constant growth in its turnover, its workforce and its customers.
