The boss babes behind Flourish Management, Pip and Drea, have a whirlwind story of how they started the agency. With Drea having over 11 years experience in the industry and moving from Sydney to London for a ‘change of scenery’ and Pip giving up her stable marketing job at a well known homewares retailer to both join a startup fashion brand they instantly clicked and became best friends when they started working together in the marketing department. With both women having a passion for all things creative as well as influencers, Drea previously owning a fashion label in Australia and Pip working on her weekends with fashion influencers shooting campaigns on location in places like Ibiza and Santorini, the duo saw a gap in the market for an agency who really understood what it was like to work brand side as well as understanding the complexities of being an influencer with it being such a new career path. The answer was simple, they needed to be the agency who would be able to communicate and guide influencers to execute their campaigns with brands whilst meeting those client’s needs! They took the leap and founded the company in 2017 and both left their jobs to start full time on Flourish in 2018. Since the beginning of Flourish they have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world; Hawaiian Tropic, Topshop, Boohoo, Wilkinson Sword, Lulus’s, Boux Avenue just to name a few.
